This luggage strap has a 3 dial combination lock and a digital scale built right in.  Simply wrap around your suitcase, turn it on and hold the suitcase by the strap.  After 3 seconds you'll know if you need to reorganize to avoid airline overweight charges (usually over 50 lbs.) Strap is adjustable from 36" to 72" around to fit on most suitcases. Luggage straps reduce the pressure on the zippers of your suitcase and  the lock acts as a deterrent to opening. TSA can enter bag by adjusting strap.
